He has led defense-critical cyber programs, contributed to U.S. space and intelligence operations, and holds four advanced degrees alongside numerous technical certifications. Appointed by the Mayor of San Diego to the city’s Privacy Advisory Board, Yaw is also a servant leader dedicated to equity, digital literacy, and mentorship.
